About Molly
Hello and Welcome!
With over 20 years of embodied experience in Chinese energy arts and bodywork, a decade of daily meditation-based self inquiry and subtle body self clearance work, my approach uniquely bridges disciplined body training and awareness with deep inner transformation. What began as external practice evolved into a path of self-enquiry, transforming core wounds, clearing limiting beliefs, and restoring nervous system coherence. Through Embodied Alchemy, I integrate somatic awareness, energetic sensitivity, and share practical tools to help others release stored patterns and cultivate grounded clarity and resilience, whilst enhancing energetic strength and integrity.
